Returns & Refund Policies

At GHURABA, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of perfumes and fragrances, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds.
1. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety Reasons)
Perfumes, attars and other fragrance products are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened, used, or if the seal/packaging is broken.
This is because these are personal care items where hygiene and safety standards prevent us from reselling them. We encourage you to choose carefully based on the detailed product descriptions, notes, longevity, and customer reviews provided on our website.
2. Eligible Returns (Exceptions)
You may request a refund, replacement, or exchange only in the following cases:
The perfume bottle or packaging arrived damaged or broken (e.g., cracked bottle, leaking, shattered).
You received a wrong item (different fragrance, size, or variant than ordered).
The product is defective (e.g., faulty spray mechanism, completely different scent profile indicating possible tampering or manufacturing issue, or spoiled/fragrance turned bad upon arrival).
Note: "Change of mind" or "does not like the smell" after opening does not qualify for return or refund.
3. Return Window
You must notify us of any issue within 7 days of receiving the delivery. (This is a customer-friendly yet reasonable window common for fragrance sellers.)
Returns will not be accepted after 7 days from delivery date.
4. Condition for Return
For eligible returns:
The item must be unused (no sprays or minimal testing if required for verification).
It must be returned in its original packaging, with all seals intact where possible, along with the original invoice and any accessories received.
We may require clear photos/videos of the damage/defect as proof before approving the return.
5. How to Initiate a Return or Refund
Contact our customer support team via [email/WhatsApp/phone] or through the "Contact Us" page within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your order number, details of the issue, and supporting photos/videos.
Once approved, we will provide a return shipping address and instructions.
Ship the item back using a trackable service (we recommend insured shipping).
Return Shipping Costs:
If the return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged during shipping), we will reimburse the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid label (where possible).
For all other approved cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually within 2–5 business days), we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection (may vary depending on your bank/payment gateway).
We do not offer store credit unless mutually agreed.
Partial Refunds: In case of damaged outer packaging but intact product, we may offer a partial refund after inspection.
7. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order free of charge within 1–2 hours of placing it (before it is processed/shipped).
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may need to wait for delivery and follow the return process if eligible.
8. Non-Eligible for Return/Refund
Opened or used perfumes (even if sprayed only once or twice).
Items purchased on sale, clearance, or during promotions (unless defective).
Products returned without prior approval or not meeting the conditions above.
Any suspicion of misuse, fraud, or abuse of the return policy (we reserve the right to refuse such returns).
